Just take a look at the output of " VBoxManage -version". The official VirtualBox GAs ISO comes bundled with the main program, there's never a need to download the GAs ISO separately. Which means you can either ask in their forums/channels for help, or completely remove/uninstall/delete/purge their version and install the official version from the Linux Downloads section of VirtualBox.
